CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP: AUGUST 2022

The International Trans Fund (ITF) with support of the European Union is honored to announce its capacity-building workshop for African trans* activists. The workshop aims to provide capacity-building support to Trans and gender-diverse persons from around the African continent in order to give them the necessary knowledge to better lead changes in our societies. The workshop will be hosted by Iranti in South Africa and is expected to take place in August 2022.
Who can apply?
Are you an African trans* activist passionate about social justice and human rights for trans and gender-diverse persons? Do you have a minimum of three years of experience advocating for those rights with a trans* led group? Do you wish to expand your knowledge to bring a positive impact to yourself and your community?

L’International Trans Fund (ITF), avec le soutien de l’Union européenne, est honoré d’annoncer son atelier de renforcement des capacités pour les militants trans* africains. L’atelier vise à fournir un soutien au renforcement des capacités des personnes trans et de genre divers de tout le continent africain afin de leur donner les connaissances nécessaires pour mieux conduire les changements dans nos sociétés. L’atelier sera organisé par Iranti en Afrique du Sud et devrait avoir lieu en août 2022.
Qui peut postuler ?
Êtes-vous un activiste trans* africain passionné par la justice sociale et les droits humains pour les personnes trans et de genre divers ? Avez-vous au moins trois ans d’expérience dans la défense de ces droits avec un groupe dirigé par des trans* ? Vous souhaitez approfondir vos connaissances pour avoir un impact positif sur vous et votre communauté ?
