On 11 November 2016, Iranti, in collaboration with the Forum for the Empowerment of Women (FEW), hosted a public engagement on the draft Prevention and Combating of Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill, which was attended by over one hundred individuals and organizations from across South Africa.
